[Ke Kevdi27 WANTED $6 Outlaw]

Hi I got an email with 20 free spins from casino cruise part of the Genesis global group the same as casoola etc ,long story short I turned it into a £500 cashout very nice , but it’s been sitting 5 days waiting to be processed anyone else find then to be slow payers?I’m guessing that the same staff is used for the group of casino’s rather than have separate people for each casino but I wouldn’t know to be honest.UPDATE on this now it turns out ive now breached the terms and conditions as they have said the maximum withdrawl from free spins is £100 so ive had £400 wiped from my balance and £100 returned to my account,i only won £5 or maybe £20 from free spins i got a bonus during or just after the free spins,the biggest spin i had was 40p but i played for hours ,so have i breached the terms some advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated

If their terms and conditions say bonus money or free spins they’ve credited to your account have a max cashout of £100, there’s nothing you can do. Advice: play at a different casino which doesn’t scam you on bonus terms.

Thought that mate thanks for the advice been playing for years your right though I feel as though it’s been twisted to suit them scammed definitely stay clear of Jimbo and Craig’s casino’s people no offense top guys though

I don’t actually find much of an issue with a cap on a no deposit bonus.

i 100% don’t agree with a max win cap on any bonus you’ve had to deposit to receive though.

It was the fact I had cleared the wagering so thought that I was all good I mean I didn’t even have an option to cancel the extra £40 I had won before my big hit,I mean you can’t make yourself lose if u get a big hit its all a bit confusing tbh mate was I meant to live chat and ask them to cancel my money I had in my account

some casinos have a cap on winnings, where you’ve deposited and taken 100%, and I think that’s fucking disgusting.

I don’t take bonuses because so many sites now seem to have such a convoluted maze of terms attached to them you might as well be playing with monopoly money. At least if you stick to real cash and have a verified account, you know you’re not getting stitched up come a withdrawal.

Aye I do know what you mean. I take bonuses on certain casinos as I’ve read up on the T&Cs and know where I can get fucked. I never used to take any at all but I was convinced by people that in some cases I’m definitely +EV with bonuses. 95% of my deposits are straight cash though.

That comment from me was super harsh it was a seeing red thing but I’d like to say apart from bandit these two guys have given me years of entertainment and I rate them as two of the best steamers going so don’t take my error in reading terms and conditions as anything to do with them please or their casino’s
