My withdrawals were locked and are pending. They have blocked me from my account as well. I have already done a PAB on Casinomeister and a case on Resolver but I’m not getting anywhere as yet.

It’s a joke and personally i would use Bookie sites for the time being or Land Based Casino’s online websites (aspers/genting etc), imagine it will trickle down that hole soon but for now you don’t seem to get these issues with UK companies / UK based companies

Just to update. After sending in everything they have asked, then chasing them up every day via email, have logged in to their site and it now says I’m fully verified. Then I get an email again saying send my bank statements in, which I already gave twice. I’m hoping this a mistake and they dont know what the hell they’re doing. My withdrawls still show as pending so gonna keep checking their status today tomorrow.

Casumo they find the gap who to scam UK players and they keep doing for over 1-2 years now,UKGC doing nothing about it.all other casinos if you ask to close you account all balance will return to you bank,but guess what not on casumo casino,Rizk Kabo start seeing Casumo keep doing for so long they start doing same thing

Yep agree with bio, I shut my account down With them because the utter ball ache( I think I knocked  sky in the head  too at the same time .. because Obvious a wank site ) … and the three casinos I use now videoslots ( which I know is naughty)  21 and casimba … I haven’t had  any issue with them… smooth and straight forward, and I’ve been withdrawing from vs and 21 more or less every day ( ish) since March…

The problem people have is cash gifts, or money not wages going into accounts, these are the things the casinos are looking for… and they probably hear  “ my auntie gave me some dosh for sweets” all the time…but the system takes it to an extreme like the stories on this thread. I’d be spitting feathers screaming the place down if some dick site had my 15k

I got my money in the end but then they closed my account. Not arsed about that as I was never gonna use them again after all the messing about. I’d think carefully before doing their offer

at list you got pay,I be happy if they payme and close my account,still waiting since 30 jun all got verified only source of wealth still pending 8 days now waiting,hope they will check soon

9 days now and its took them 7 days to look at a PDF bank statement as that was the only thing they flagged up as not acceptable as was taken from my phone screen. Now if they accept this and dare say oh we want this now, I will blow my fucking top. Defo a interest scam. If a 30p player can have nearly a grand on hold how much will the thousands of £2+ players have on hold. As all been asked once a nice withdrawal has been submitted.
