I was going to do a post lol. Had a nice Friday. Won £400 withdrew £300 put £50 back on sat and not one mention. Win £400 and withdrew £200 to then see I have a message. So now I have £500 pending but oh you can still deposit as much as you want? Wtf. If I need to prove its my bank account etc, you don’t let me keep depositing? They ask for personnel stuff that you should not have to give out. Used same bank account since Casumo started so I should not have to prove its me again. As my bank stuff is on my phone. I’m expecting the ( yr pics are not clear enough bollocks) and go through a week long hassle of re sending more pics until they finally go oh its fine. Hoping I have blew the £500 by then.

dont lose it go to seting limit you self of £10 lose a month,if you use banking online u can go to find tape company name it pay you all payment in will come out,then you have option print full page will come out on screen with you name adress bank account number and all payment from you employer,so you dont need to send all bank statment,all they need proof on income match you payslips,and payslips also,if you have other casino winnings will help if you send,and all doc send at same time,if you send some today some other day they will keep pushing to check you doc,every time u send doc they push to end to be check,good luck

Just been asked to provide an Employment Contract with full details and salary for Rizk.

I can’t give them that as i really don’t have it.  So they can fuck right off.

Got screwed over by Casumo on third SoW though, as they wanted payslip with exact details on as they instructed, they’d accepted them twice previously, as though my employer for past twenty years is gonna produce a bespoke payslip just for a Casino, when its fine for the other 100,000 employees and bank to obtain a mortgage.

Just try your regular payslip if it shows annual salary, they may see common sense, though I’m thinking of packing it in, very few Casinos I trust depositing on now due to lower RTP settings, no Autoplay, no Quickspin, lack of rewards for loyalty, fees to withdraw, games crashing, playtime limited due to UKGC guidelines.
