I am a lifelong gambler of Sports, slots, table games, poker, backing laying trading horses, raindrop racing, penny up the wall!

 

To name my favourite slot at the moment would have to be – The Falcon huntress (hugely underplayed in my opinion) Bonanza for the pure frustration of the game and a few others that have been kind to me of late so would be rude to ignore them are Tiki, Raging Rhino, Monty and oddly legacy of Egypt!

I saw a post on the Casumo blog and it detailed how many times particular wins had been achieved at Casumo for the month of September, for example the full screen of explorers on Book of Dead – 18 times, that was surprisingly a lot haha I wondered if you could gain that sort of information for any game? Like how many times the Reel King ladder had been topped on max stake for the month of September or similar? It would be amazing to know that sort of thing 😀

Hey Casumo Andy why did the company you work for close my account for verification when i tried to withdraw 1.6k from my account?

This was after i deposited over 3k  over 6 months using “Paysafe” as a deposit method, with no verification asked for.

So to put plainly…..I deposited over 3k in a 6 month period with no withdrawals and no verification asked for. Then soon as i wanted to withdraw money the verification was then asked for.

I got the money cos i sent my passport so thanks. But this seems to be a very shady thing for an online casino to do.

Good afternoon Just Basics, Due to this being a public forum I can not discuss your account specifics on here, I would also need to to verify that you are the account holder first. I am happy to do that for you but you will need to jump on to live chat and just ask for me. What I can say is that we are a highly regulated industry and the KYC is one of those processes that are set in place by the regulators that we must carry out on all of our account holders at one point or another. The process can be triggered for multiple reasons during the life of an account due to various factors but it is something everyone has to complete ?

Glad you enjoyed the fun facts in the blog post, I can confirm that it is going to be something that we produced monthly from now on so if you guys and gals enjoyed it I can surely Keep the post coming for you. What I can do El Bandit is ask the data dudes if they can add ReelKing to next months post for you, my guess is that the numbers will tally up with your videos ?

Same really was with casumo from the very start even have my currency as euro but a few weeks back they decided to ask for kyc after all them years of Depo and withdrawals I’ve had tried  a few times to send docs but just got rejected and after that my account was suspended till I done kyc in the end I couldn’t be bothered with them and took my money else where who verified me automatically no sending docs nothing simples job done!
