As the title says a casino I won money on is asking for photo ID which I do not have before I can withdraw my winnings….

I told them I have no passport as I’ve never left the country and I do not have a driving license as I don’t drive but they said I cant withdraw without photo ID, I told them I have letters from the government and utility bills etc but nope.

anyone have any idea what I can do? I’ve deposited and withdrew money from a few well known UK casinos in the past with no problems at all.

    also the casino is Playzee.

Get a provisional. They’re fairly cheap, well cheaper than a passport, and its classed as official ID.

Get a photo ID. It’s not exactly difficult to figure out what you need to do.

There is one but it’s not really a form of ID, it’s more a proof of age and still most places refuse it ?

Get a license and provide it.  Don’t be surprised if it’s not sufficient though. May ask for a selfie with it, bank statements going back 12 years. Deeds on your house, your long lost aunts favourite colour and even then it may get rejected. Remember a rejection on ID checks and source of wealth is another source of income for online casinos.

I’d be tempted to reverse the withdrawal, time out the casino for two weeks and pay for the passport, I think their around £ 75 …. because if you think your nit getting it £75 quid seems a bargain to save the cash ….. and passports are around 2 weeks ( I travel a lot and my last one was done in 7 days , but they say allow 4 weeks , but mine have never taken so long )

My only time with a fake card was when I was 16 … and my brothers fault, He had a “ mate “, so he got a fake cards for 10 of us , went to threshers for a small bottle of vodka each, there was an older lad who used to hang out with us and said we should line our stomachs with milk …. so milk went down , vodka went down , the nearest proper drinking town was 10 miles away On the bus,  Before we got out of the town  the first lad chucked up, And by the time we got to the other town, I think three of us were praying for the bus to arrive …for ten miles every braking the driver did a sea of milky water was creeping up towards him, like the sea, back and forward back and forward ……… …..
