‘According to our records you either already have tried registering unsuccessfully. that is the message I got at Paddy Power’ when I tried to register my new email. Not sure but I think this was all down to my email getting hacked. Well I will have to grin and bear it & cry lol  Thank you for your concern, much appreciated. Keep those videos coming I love to watch them.

If you have a Paddypower account Belle you just need to tell me the email address that is attached to it so i can send it to them, they just came back with “No Account” at the previous verification attempt so try and find out the email attached to your actual PP account and i can at least send them that to see if you did it through my link etc

No idea what went wrong all I know is my email that I registered with was hacked and I no longer have access to it so I put my new email in my profile today.I am really disappointed ……what else can I say you are right its a real BUMMER…500 would have been a massive help, but there you go, not meant to be!! Congrats to all other winners in the draw.

I have updated my email in my profile but it keeps reverting back to the email I do not have access to now.What do I have to do to get it to stay updated ?

Thank you to all the congratulators. I am absolutely stoked to have been one of the winners and I am so sorry to hear about your dilemma too Belle. The email address you signed up to Paddy Power with will not have been affected from your account being hacked. I think perhaps the problem is that you didn’t verify your email address with them? I’m sure all Casino’s ask you to verify your i.d and email address within a certain time frame before you can deposit/withdraw with them and they usually have a link on their page and/or send you one in your email to verify this. You can go on to Paddy Powers Chat and talk to one of their Customer Reps, they can retrieve your account using your Personal details instead of your old email, then give you the email address that you signed up with when you used The Bandits link and lastly update your email address to your new one so you can continue to play instead of trying to sign up to a new account with your new email. I actually don’t think your allowed to have 2 accounts for one person at a Casino and it will cause conflict. Talk to Chat at Paddy Power and they will sort it all out. I hope this helps 🙂

Thankyou I am gutted to have lost my first prize of 500 but appreciate your concern and thoughts as to why my email has caused all these issues. I am just having no luck at the moment and this was the icing on the cake. Thank you anyway much appreciated.

It isn’t about your email really Belle, it is about whether you have completed the entry criteria correctly to enter the draw, meaning whether you joined paddypower using my link and played on the slots in August. Providing you did that, the prize will be given to you, doesn’t matter whether your email was hacked or anything like that, i just need an email address to send to paddypower for them to be able to complete the verification.

 

The email you have put above though is the same one i sent and they said there was no account, when i say no account, i don’t mean your email, i mean a paddypower account.

Hi belle, I won the £500 on redbet and it was a massive help. I’m getting a bit confused. Even if your email was hacked the email would still show up on paddy power records and if you played there in August before your email was hacked that would show up. But if your saying somebody hacked your paddy power account?. All you need to do is get on paddy power and take a pic proving you deposited in August, that proves you are on the site then get Steve to check if that email was set up via his link?. Just can’t get how email hacked would make it vanish from paddy power?.
