Is it a problem with how your balance shows on the roulette providers screen? It’s quite a clumsy system but it sounds like their system doesn’t refresh properly with videoslots after each round.

I fail to see where any of this is Bandits problem, it’s an issue between the roulette provider and Videoslots.

I had a bigish withdrawal on casumo a couple of years ago and didn’t want to do something silly so I timed out the account for a week. I tried to login the an hour or so later and they just gave me a quick are you sure dialog and then let me back in.

I binned a big chunk of it. I complained and now I have no casumo account ??

so listening you said that every £40 spin resulted in 24p boost to your weekend vault and I know I’ve only ever got anything when I win.

Take this down to human level I had a spin on reelking @£4 which should then yield a weekend booster balance of 2.4p or expressed as 0.024. 2 spins should give 0.048.

Nope, zip all. Nothing has gone onto it. Yet earlier I had a small win and there was 40p in there.

clearly says it’s 0.5% of any winnings saved up in a vault for you.

I can’t see anything that specifically says certain games are excluded. It might just be some games are slow at reporting.

Funnily enough Bandit has done another video explaining the really odd way that older accounts have the old version that most of us remember but newer accounts have this percentage of winnings pot thing…

To add to this, previously gamstopped accounts are classed as new accounts so have the percentage of winnings pot, that’s why I know damn well I used to have the old version and now it’s the new one ??

Any which way, their original issue at the start is still not true, it’s just opened up discussion about something else ?
