There should be proper managed high roller accounts so people who have actually got the money in the bank can do things like bonus buys and high stakes, then us plebs can have a standard account, no bonus buys or high stakes.

Yikes! If it was one I could accept the “these things happen” but 14 out of 28 is an awful statistic. If half the time you deposited they actually didn’t take the money from your account it would be investigated immediately and fixed!

Maybe @seedy could have a word with Bandit and ask if he’s got a contact at VS? That would be useful. There used to be a VS rep floating about on the forum but they appear to have disappeared
