If you’ve hit this problem and already submitted UK ID for some reason (knowing you’re not supposed to play there) your chances of getting your cash is slim-to-none; you have to hope that show some mercy.
However, if you haven’t submitted any docs yet and don’t know what to do, there is ONE thing that worked for me a few years ago when I got KYC’ed at Bitcasino.io – playing from the UK with about 2K in my balance.
I “explained” that I was a UK resident but lived outside the UK (doesn’t matter where, somewhere in Europe but MAKE SURE it’s not a restricted country at that casino) and told them I was long-term travelling or living with a GF something like that.
As a result, I “didn’t have a fixed address” – but I was living in an AirBnb – and they were happy to take a copy of booking confirmation of it.
Now, obviously I didn’t do this – but I heard some people simply went to an old AirBnb booking they had, downloaded the invoice/receipt, and edited it to change the dates/location to match.
Having said that, I think it actually happened to me twice, and the other time I actually just booked a free cancellation room on Booking.com, and said that I was travelling.
Of course this wouldn’t work in a long-run situation where you wanted to keep playing somewhere, but for a short-term emergency to try and get your cash out, it’s probably worth a shot
