So you’ve been into fruities for ages to bandit!!!
i started playing properly when i was a wee teenager @14yrs old (1989). What i call the great times for fruit machines mid 80’s through to 2000
first slots i used to play were the 2per’s like blue streak, cash explosion etc. i got into the devils game by working up a chip shop and staring at the fruity in the corner “topstop” by barcrest £2 all cash. then began the downward spiral into being skint week after week there were to many iconic machines to list the likes of jpm’s switchback, barcrest’s taketwo, cash attraction, jpm’s roller coaster. i played em all 100’s of different machine’s from the £4 token era through the £4.80/£6/£8 to the £10/£15 all cash then onto the £25er’s where partytime and its astra clones became firm favourites of mine.
the arcade gambling dwindled off when the £35 jackpots came in and since the £70-£100’s i never played them .
i still go for the odd binge now and again, but mainly play online.
i also make and play the emulated machines so i get my “fix” from these.
