This is the frustration with uk gov and its gambling arm, they have taken steps which fundamentally stop you going mad in one session but will see uk players losing more over their play life time…. politicians believe the gambling lobby has too much say in uk policy,  and it’s hard not to believe that the casinos aren’t nodding heads to these changes we’ve had especially since it’s harder to find bonuses…or the chase to recover is that much harder…

There’s no time you can give really, it’ll probably go through anytime now but I suppose you have to allow up to a month before you can start talking ombudsman and such, my 21 casino site took 4-5 weeks to verify  but my bet victor  took 3-4 days… it’s a bit of a nightmare time wise, but they are signed up to the uk reg like glove says so it’s definitely not a shady site, it’s juts a waiting game,

Keep emailing tho.   the customer service people aren’t the finance department but it’s good to keep on them….

Hey. Some casinos do the checks  before you deposit, some do  after you’ve crossed a threshold, and some are juts totally random, the checks can take an age, but if it’s a simple sign up / deposit / win / withdrawl, there’s no reason for them to stuff you …

question is, is there anything that would give them reason to not let you withdraw ? Did you give false info? Win a large amount using a sing up bonus / free spin ? These tend to be the reason people lose out on winnings …

checks do take time, I wouldn’t be worried yet …11-12 days isn’t really that long to be waiting …. I’m sure you’ll be fine..

Totally, old school screen recording is the best, not often but I do screen mirror my laptop/phone to my tv( then I forget I’m doing it and check my messages…files…couch cough other “things “) which ends up with a mug to the back of the head …🤘

I hope more games will offer this, sometimes being the sad prick I am I screen record my phone if I get a bonus …. Only to delete the video after the 5th spin because you know it’s as good as “dog shit on toast “…@ bandit you need to use dog shit on toast as an insult on a video ..

but on my laptop or what ever there’s  nothing you can use, the replay option is totally a good thing ( if you have a good thing to replay) …
