Hi
Been a long while but needed an outside opinion.
Was playing on Highbet recently, had lost a bit 6 or 7hundred in a session (not end of the world). And they put a review on my account and deposit restrictions on it. Provided proof of address, driving license and payslip as requested.
Few days later I checked to see if I could deposit and I could, put 150 in played through 120 and got blocked again! Must be an automated thing because I emailed support who apologised and said I was fully verified and to crack on. Anyway I’m enjoying this game I’m playing, super volly but I like it and am sticking the deposit limits they have in place before a few days later the restriction is put back on and then my account closed.
I’m a bit vexed at this point, I’ve jumped through their hoops etc and stuck to their set limits. I emailed what’s going on and they stated I had not provided the back of my driving license in time for the initial review as requested and had closed my account.
Low n behold, in my spam is an email asking for the back of my driving license and if not provided in 5 days they’ll close my account.
So this is where I am at and I want to know if anyone knows much about this to correct me. Since they never finished the initial review/verification they should kept the deposit restrictions on until it was complete, demonstrated by using this to close my account. Therefore, I think they should return all deposits made since the review started since I should not have been able to make these. Now I know it will seem like I’m a sore loser, and it’s a little of that but I guarantee if I’d had a big win they would have used the fact my account should have been restricted to not pay me and just return the deposits. This is the exact same situation except no big win.
It’s a shame because they were a decent little site but the cus serv and this experience means I don’t want my account with them so it’s no skin off my nose if they close it.
Anyway all opinions welcome, apologies for the huge essay as usual.
