I don’t blame him to be honest. I know in the grand scheme of the things the idea is to increase the exposure of the site, but we’re talking about a community where people knowingly try to flaunt the system in everyday life, whether it be hiding it from their families or borrowing to gamble.
We know what we’re dealing with in a community of this kind.
Personally, for the amount of hate Steve gets from the anonymous on twitter, I wouldn’t ever dream about giving away money of my own where there’s a chance it could end up in the hands of someone like that. I hope some of the money goes to a good cause that is making an immediate impact on communities such as food banks, as although they’re being abused on the reg by smackheads, they are helping out a lot of good people that I know of from personal work in the community.
Keep the good work up though lads, there’s a real core to this forum that’s been kept going over the year, and long may it continue.
