They defiantly have live chat, it’s a good site overall but customer service really lets them down, in fact I would describe my interactions with them as borderline shady.
Beat some pretty big wagering account all verified etc, they then wanted a picture of my card – fair enough. Was told the withdrawal would be processed as they had received the card. They then cancelled the withdrawal and said they needed a picture of the back of my card. Done that waited 48 hours still nothing, live chat agent said they never received any pictures of the card despite me having the chat logs he just point blank refused to acknowledge I had done as asked. Withdrawal held again, then they wanted me to provide proof the signature of the back of my card was mine and asked for some official documentation with my signature on LOL. It was at this point I told them I’d be taking the matter up with the relevant commissions or whoever dealt with stuff like this. I had provided them with a passport, drivers license 3 months bank statements, front and back of card, a phone bill, council tax and utility bill so I had enough.
I requested a withdrawal again and 48 hours after that it was processed out of the blue. All in all it took over a week and 9/10 live chats. I can only think it was a stalling tactic as the money was constantly back and be forth to my available balance.
