Been quit for around 6-7 months now. I can honestly say I wasn’t even down on gambling at that point, it’s just the fact of losing so much profit it drove me to quit it all. For example, one session I deposited my last 50 quid, had a huge 4000x hit on primal and was 4K up. Blew the lot in about 3 hours. That was the final straw for me.
Still do a tenner a week at the bookies on the football but haven’t been tempted by online betting since I stopped.
Best thing I ever done was sign up to that site. Can’t believe it’s not out there more to help people like ourselves.
