I think you are basically me in another form. We literally have everything in common, including the gout lol!! Do not take Alopurinol whilst having an attack though. Naproxen is the only thing that will ease it. I nearly topped myself a few years ago due to the pain of it. Ended up going to A&E a few times as it was so unbearable and nothing was working. Anyway, other common interests include:
– The footy and and footy betting (I’m a Grimsby fan by the way so sorry about knocking you’re lot out of the League cup!!)
– Golf – not so good these days but still love the game
– Darts
– Beer (can comfortably down 12-15 pints on a Saturday before, during and after the footy)
– And slots of course. Been obsessed with em from an early age (live near Cleethorpes so basically grew up in the arcades playing all the classic JPM and Barcrest machines etc).
Basically, just take me to Vegas and we’ll have a right laugh lol!!
