On a serious note – Its usual for a win over 5k to be checked. Most are. Its only when you deposit larger amounts and it becomes regular they check it faster, if you start depositing serious amounts this wouldnt happen. They are going to try and stall it, its the way of the smaller casino. Just politely ask CS every now and then what is up.

As for “We cant discuss what is going on” – Thats not true. They can tell you exactly what is going on. Its legal to explain the process. They just want to delay it to check for foul play, then they will delay the withdrawals by a day to get you to cancel some.

The reskins you mean? It’s highly unlikely they change the maths. They may make one of them more volatile (less low wins more jackpots) but it’s a waste as people play it anyway.
