    crazy time lightning roulette funkytime

no 2 what’s the better fruit machine to play iyo random b3 or compensated.

    thanks

    Fun!

The evo one is a common argument over here in many circles. The widespread belief is that Evo has to run the games at specific RTP. The only way to do that is to control the outcome of the “top slot” in it. The wheel itsself is random on the spin, the dealers are looking at a camera, this is checked at random and other angles that regulators and game checkers have can see this. Its impossible to spin something that large and have it land “next to” a big win.

But the top slots and multis are always done after the spin starts. Its fully possible that the spin is tracked using software to see where it will land and give out a certain win size. This i fully believe. They are fun games but they are not “fully random”.

For question 2 i dont quite get what you mean?

    Hey Phil,

The ‘Super Stake’ button that apparently ‘increases your chances of landing the bonus’ buy increasing your stake by a few %, do they actually work, or just another way of getting more out of us!

I am very sceptical on these!

    Thank you,

Hey. Yes they work but its a bit of a “visual scam”. You get the same RTP as betting a higher standard amount. You just get a higher bonus RTP vs a higher base game RTP. Its a clever idea to increase peoples bet sizes but not one i agree with for RG reasons.

So yes it works but it depends on how you like to play.

    Great thread, Phil.

My question is why do online casinos ban me from bonuses/promotions when I make a few withdrawals? Surely it’s better for them if I use bonuses and promotions, due to the steep wagering that’s often attached to them?

Hey. This happens as casinos (wrongly) attach bonus abuse to winning players. In the casinos we sell we see them asking to turn games off if players are winning thinking they are broken (not possible). The casino owners are generally not players, they are business minded and see it as risk. Its rediculous mostly but they are allowed to so they take advantage of it. A casino doesnt make as much as you think so they are always trying to focus on the bottom line.

Hi Phil, and thanks for this Q&A thread.

My question is quite petty compared to most of the others on here.  No particular slot or provider, but I find that on a teasing spin, the 3rd scatter (or 4th if relevant) misses by 1 position, and my perception is that it happens a lot.  More so than any other type of tease where the 3rd/4th is nowhere to be seen.  So my question is: am I over-imagining this or are slots really programmed like this as a form of gambler’s fallacy to keep the player playing?

Most slots are built in a way to generate teases. There have been a huge number of studies on this and the truth is players get more excited for somehting “almost” landing than if it actually does. Look at Steve on ReelKing gambles, he gets so tense on the last click. Its all aimed at that feeling of “almost”. They cannot over-do it though, it has to be int he realms of RG also, so thats why there arent teases every spin, but 100% thats why slow teases and “walking past waving” occurs

Hey Eejit, my question is when are you sending my flowers and a company mug with exclusive pens? ….

My proper proper question is… has anybody ever built in a cheat code for a slot game? ….like a programmer…. I’ve always wondered because it’s totally the kind of shit I’d do …

Yes on every game technically. When we get the games for testing they are on the portal and servers of the game provider. They enable a screen overlay where we can request the type of win we want. So I can test the game and click “5 scatter bonus” and ill get on to see what its like. Its clearly on the game iframe though so if anyone plays it you can easily see as you have to type in what you want to happen

HI Phil, so in the past 6 weeks or so ive been playing on the same site as Bandit and doing bonus buys galore but unlike him ive never hit more than 1500x.

Anyway my question relates to the old original BGT max megaways games (Buffalo Rising (now called Bison rising for some reason), Temple of Treasures and Bonanza etc.

So on Buffalo, it has the mystery option where u can get 5/10/15 spins with 1/5/10 multiplier. Obviously 15@10 is very rare but over about 100 spins i hit it twice. However, on both occassions it paid like 10x on the first spin and then 14 dead spins…both exactly the same. So for a £80 buy i got back £8.40 and £8.60 respectively..Now this is SUPPOSED to be a super rare bonus so i find it impossible to beleive its playing fair.

Similarly on Temple of Treasures i managed to get 15 spins with 10000 ways, again rare and supposedly the best combo. That one gave a ZERO payout !!. Im like WTF.

Clearly seeing bandits wins its hard to imagine BC is being crooked but its very suspicious that i got rinsed on all three super bonuses..

My best win actually came on the Golden Catch which is a genuine high volatility game . So in that one i expect a £100 buy will regularly pay 25% or less but with the older games which are not rated as high volatility its where im getting screwed..

Anyway sorry to waffle on but its hard to take when spending hours losing on bad buys and then finally hitting the “Big one” and still it screws you.

    Comments? Thanks

    Decent question.

Firstly – Golden catch is actually quite low volatility. The bonus avg is within a low to medium range. SO that hit was actually quite good. Nice work.

Games havent changed since regulations changed. The game code and approval from the industry regulators is the same, we havent had any updates on any games since its been releases in a while. For me the wins have actually gone up somehow. This is variance and can suck when it happens. I know this answer may not make you believe it but the ONLY way a slot changes like this is if the RTP drops between plays. But just check the RTP and see. The blueprint game ive played it a lot and had a couple of shocking 15×10 bonuses on that. But ive had a lot of great ones too it just averages out in the end.

I helped him already. The fees are covered mostly now. The main fee he has is withdrawing crypto from his wallet to the bank. Sure you can go thru Kraken etc but remember Steve is… technologically a muppet. So simple is better for him 🙂

    Hey Phil,

When you get a choice of picks to get into the bonus (5 Lions etc) or gambling for free spins, is it pre-determined?

    Cheers

Yes. 100%. Only BTG have some random ones. 99% are predetermined.

Hi Phil, thanks for the reply, but in a nut shell (the casino can fuck you without pleasuring you)? Who knows what tier or “integration” one is playing on? I genuinely have much respect for you bringing up this topic and answering the said topic. With that being said would you say or agree that it’s better to play the game naturally? Or purchase bonus buys?

Ive never bought a bonus, even when they was available, so obviously all my big wins come from just playing the game, Jammin Jars, doa2, deadwood, and Aztec gold megaways.. many others also.. my question is..? Why is it so difficult to land a super bonus and it pays shit!!😂😂

Super bonuses are hard to land as they have a higher avg win. Doesn’t mean it’ll hit all the time. I landed a Tombstone super naturally and it paid 2400x. But I’ve seen a 0x one.

The game is the same in essence as the return on cost is listed in the RTP. The bonuses are different in the sense that the bonus buy ones would naturally pay a bit higher as the RTP is weighted only in the bonus… not in the base game also.

Slots are built with a cumulative RTP. Take vikings by netent. 34% (ish) base game rtp. 62% bonus rtp. With the bonus landing 1 in every 270 spins you can work out the maths there easily.

That’s why some bonuses are weird amounts as it’ll be weighted the same. But super bonuses are so high as the game round itself is different. As there is no base game rtp to balance it.

As for the integration any normal player will always be on the normal one. And the rtp will be as listed in game.

    Hope that helps.

Hi Phil, do you know if casinos can tell if you are using a VPN rather than physically located in that country? Reason I ask is that I was using BC game with no problems for a week or so on an Irish VPN, but the last few days it won’t let me log in (using same Ireland VPN setting) saying it doesn’t accept customers from my region. I’ve also noticed in the past that you can’t access Bet365 with a VPN turned on no matter what country it’s set to.

Yeah it can be found. Users from same.IP get flagged as VPN. Places like draftkings and bet365 have sophisticated tools to stop this. You need to find a new IP on your VPN to bypass.  They get updated every month or so. Its not worth the risk on a true UKGC site.

The regulators only want casinos to block access from countries. VPN is a big help for this and allows them to play fast and loose with the rules. Most places block actual registration but crypto casinos just don’t care. Not much anyone can do.

Hey. So yes the games can be flipped for RTP as long as the provider allows it. To do this you need to integrate the provider and add on the different game models where is possible. For example Prag has 96/94/91/86% models.

You will always see the on the game info the RTP you are playing at. This is impossible to change if you have loaded this game at 96, it will play at 96. If its loaded at 94 it plays at 94.

Casinos cannot set RTP for different players in their casino individually. However they “can” technically have 2 intergrations of the same games onto their casino where they will not pay for the traffic on one of them.

I.E Integration 1 is standard for all players. Those players will play as normal and the game provider will charge the site a % of the losses on that game as their fee. Usually around 10% or less. This is what all of us play on.

I.E Integration 2 is for select players. This integration will not be charged to the casino so the gameplay on it is free for casino. This would be done on larger sites you see online where players have balances in the millions and are doing 100k+ bonus buys on stream. Think of your stake.com (allegedly) players for something like this. The provider will ensure only specific agreed players will play on this integration and it will be checked.

NO provider would ever give out wins to streamers (as in Bandits 3 x Mental max wins) as its both impossible to allow it (there is no setting to award a max win), and even if there was it wouldnt be allowed as then the provider isnt getting paid on that money. Imagine the players on a casino lose 100k. At 10% the provider is making 10k that month. If they allow someone to “buy a max win” and that win is 100k.. the provider would earn zero. Its too easily scammed and just impossible to do. IVe checked game files myself to check this one.
