eejit. This happened to me aswell. Basically I had set a wager limit so set mine at £100 and then wagered £100 and my account was blocked and when I spoke to support they said I had to change it in my account and wait 30 days. I thought I was setting a deposit limit. Was a weird one. This happened around 1 year ago.
Yeah Ive seen it. I get why its the way it is, its as responsible as you can get. Just sucks if you fuck it up though!
00Ok, now we can discuss properly. simplicity rules.
Argyl ill leave to you guys, i have no input but I didnt see it so I cant comment. However he doesnt ever lie on here, so far, so i dont see why he would have edited anything unless he made a mistake in typing? Ill leave this to him.
Now for VS – I reported it for 2 reasons.
1 – Lowering RTP on games without proper informing of players.
2 – Lowering RTP on games on several providers under multiple licences witout informing all licences correctly.
It is my belief, and i say again, mine, that this is wrong. Morally for sure. Legally I have no idea. I cant see any regulation about it that fully covers it. So my goal here is not to get them banned from whatever jurisdiction. Shit they could kill someone and probably not get banned. Look at the fines for Leovegas and Casumo recently, they wont ever get banned, just huge huge fines. My goal was – to get the regulation changed to promote full disclosure from casinos of things like this. As lets flip side it for a second. If they can swap the games to 94% its possible to swap them back right? Its a simple change of integrations of the games. As they have them integrated, they just activate certain end points and job is done. Whats to stop them going to 88% games for 2 hours then swapping back? Nothing. Would you say that was wrong? I know for a fact a company released an 86% RTP slot. What if a major provider builds this version, has it signed off by GLI, then releases it to VS. They swap it over for 30mins at 7pm GMT. The money there make there doing that daily is rather large. What if then all caisnos do this? I want the regulation to show that changes to RTP on games already played on a site must be given to players in the form of a window popup when the game opens, in that the game is different. Thats all I want.
As for your white label thing.. i dont follow. You know Rizk is a white label casino right? Just as im confused if you realise what it means. (I didnt when i started working here, took me a few weeks to learn the huge aspects behind gaming that you dont see when playing)

Changing this requires a self exclusion timeframe mandated by the regulatory zone you are in.
Whats the issue? Also please make it clearer as im really trying to help and understand this and I cant
00Ok, lets try this a new way, just for me.
We all have issues with RTP being lowered on Videoslots. I mean, noone prefer to play on lower RTP. This is a fact.
So lets leave this to one side.
So – just, please in simple form, answer me two questions that ill ask and debate openly with no retribution or hatred.
1 – Why is reported them for this wrong? Why is it, simply remember, that stopping sites doing questionable things is not a good thing?
2 – Why the arguament with Argyl on this. He cant edit posts. Seedy could see this and check it. What is the underlying issue here?

Tickled me this did, I was thinking the same
You’d have to be seriously unemployed to bother I reckon.
Im seriously employed and still reply on here half the time
Do you spend much time trying to find videos other members? ???
i might start!
00Casumo are legally demanded to do this btw. This is a requirement, not a choice, as per UKGC and Financial services regulations.
Its not just “placing a bet”, its the fact your using funds to place the bet, and those will be checked.

00Im honestly impressed with many people on here. Some hugely well thought out posts.
One thing I want to say – for the record – as TTR brought it up – I dont want VS out of the UK market. I reported them to the MGA. As I believe that what they did is morally wrong, going to borderline illegal. I use borderline there on purpose, as Im not sure at this point. I do not live in the UK, though I am British. I will return one day, depends on brexit first of all. I live and work in Malta. My player accounts are either cross UKGC/MGA or sole MGA accounts.
Even more fun – the casino group I work for, we do not hold a UK licence. We have no stake in this game. We hold MGA, Curacao, and soon Spain/Denmark and Germany/Holland if we decide to go for it. I know about the UK licence as, to be honest, im good at my job. Its a market that affects all other markets, and knowledge is key in what I do, especially when it comes to heading a business unit primarily in casino creation and management. Clients want to take UK players at times, i strongly advise not to. (No offence, but mathematically its close to break-even almost depending on your bonus terms, and strict AML/Bonus abuse policies).
As for helping players – Ill do that all day every day. I was first a player. I still am. I expect the same treatment as everyone. I dont get bonuses given to me. I would play and want the RTP to stay the same ont he sites I play it. Thats a fair assessment and conclusion for me to make.
The part I most care about – if VS do this, and others follow, it taints the whole market. People go to seedier casinos with no licence, or illegal gambling, god knows what. You can advertise 101% RTP and not pay players easily. Im doing this not just for players but also the marketplace that I work in. If someone is selling knock-off Prada on a market stall, outside of Prada building, they are gonna say something,
The argument on RTP is insane to continue. Anyone who chooses 94% over 96% is just… well insane, unless they get cashback to a level that benefits them.
To be fair to TTR his points on Pokerstars are valid. I read a thesis by my current girlfriend, who is a former maths teacher, sponsored poker pro for grosvenor, and bit of a maths wizard, on RNGs and Pokerstars mixed with game theory. This is outdated, and i am incorrect. Pokerstars does now use Quantum tech, with the level of RNG being significantly better than in the past. So im wrong there. Should have checked. Spent an hour reading about maths today though so I feel i took some punishment.
00If it helps, I have an email from CasinoHeroes literally telling me they did it after my request. From their VIP KAM. I FULLY admit others iwll have done the same, but if i dont do it, and others dont do it, noone will do it.
Your quantum RNG about pokerstars is partially incorrect. They use a Pseudo number generator, which is not as random true Random number generators. Google those and give me some feedback. Its an interesting topic. Would love to debate this with someone.
As for VS – Im with argyl. I play there. Well i did. Now i play elsewhere as I get 96%. Which would i voluntarily give us 2% winnings chance.
00This could take a while…. but essentially my Dad sometimes plays high stakes slots had a real big win around March of this year. £25K plus with Casumo. They asked for source of wealth and he provided proof of earnings upwards of £500,000 with house sales and private pensions etc it wasn’t enough for them they so he asked to escalate to their ADR as he knew the bet was placed legitimately. Now fast forward a few weeks and Casumo reported him to the bank presumably to welch out of paying out. The bank froze every bank account within the family without warning to perform a SAR (suspicious activity report) as if it hadn’t gone far enough they then escalated this to the national crime agency. Then on the 10th June while my Dad was out of the Country 15 armed police along with Forensic investigators arrested me and interviewed my wife under caution. During the interview it turns out that a business associate of mine (I’m in the surplus printer cartridge industry) was convicted of Supply of class A and is now serving a lengthy sentence, rightly so. The kicker is that the police have accused the family of laundering money from a legitimate business that has no restrictions. Essentially the money from that business has been proved to be completely legitimate. Even more laughable is that a few days after my arrest Casumo agreed to pay out on the bet. All the while me and my Family still have frozen bank accounts and have to walk in the bank every week to request the crown prosecution to unfreeze our account to withdraw £250 a week living expenses. Both my Dad and my customers for our business have been contacted and told we are dangerous criminals with no evidence to back that up. If this is not a warning to others that innocent people can lose nearly everything from a completely legal activity – gambling. Be careful out there folks
This sounds pretty accurate to be fair from how the system works. HOWEVER
There will be more “connecting proof” than what you said, albeit maybe circumstantial, but AML is taking seriously as hell. Im for once glad they did this, but im also very glad you got your money. Ive had a 20k withdrawal inside of a day from casino so its 100% not to welch from paying you. This will have been a serious worry for them to do this.
