Yes i think/hope they took it a little more serious when i sent them all the screenshots and everything calculated showing them exactly what was missing yesterday. Just felt like i have been talking to a brick wall for the last week with the same questions over and over.

My guess is they just assumed i reversed it all and that i now want it back anyway which is not the case here. I played those 20k leftovers in roulette in two small sessions and at no point during this was there 49k more on my account, and even my transaction and game history shows that.

It does, but i dont think they have looked into it properly. I sent them a similar message like this post with screenshots and everthing calculated today. Hopefully they will look more into it, thats the thing im worried about, that they will assume the same thing as you that i played it away.

I did not get any option for methods to withdraw with so i guess its bank transfer?
