No the withdrawal went through and never came back. I even have screenshots of the withdrawals and reversed withdrawls. But thanks for the luck anyways

It does, but i dont think they have looked into it properly. I sent them a similar message like this post with screenshots and everthing calculated today. Hopefully they will look more into it, thats the thing im worried about, that they will assume the same thing as you that i played it away.

So you withdrawled money, reversed it, played it to extinct, and claim that you have’nt reversed the money and did’nt play the funds that where left into your account? I’m 99999.9999999% sure that they have a backlog of any activity, and this is pretty much a useless case.

Let me put it up more simple:

1.Deposit 13k

2.Won 69k

3.Cashout 49k

4,20K left i played on roulette

5. 49K not in my bank account or casino account,

They will figure it out. Just be patient. In the meantime i suggest playing at a diff casino. They do have all the back logs so they will see what exactly happened. On pokerstars a few years back the same thing happened to me. They said I reversed it and played it when  I didnt. I asked them to look into it and to send me the logs. Alla sudden the 5k was in my bank account the following week.  Itll come. Plus I havent heard anythifn bad about this casino tour playing at.

Yes i think/hope they took it a little more serious when i sent them all the screenshots and everything calculated showing them exactly what was missing yesterday. Just felt like i have been talking to a brick wall for the last week with the same questions over and over.

My guess is they just assumed i reversed it all and that i now want it back anyway which is not the case here. I played those 20k leftovers in roulette in two small sessions and at no point during this was there 49k more on my account, and even my transaction and game history shows that.

Good to hear you got your money back, hope they look into my case too. And no im not playing any casino in general until this is fixed
