You need to get them to clarify exactly why the money has been confiscated and make sure you keep copies of all the chat transcripts. I honestly don’t think you will get the money mate as that exclusion will probably be the bit that fucks you

Unfortunately mate no you don’t. If it’s detailed in the terms and conditions then there’s nothing you can do.

You could take it to ibas but would probably get the same response as the basis of your complaint would be that you joined the casino and breached the terms and conditions as you clicked to say you hadnt self excluded frok anywhere else (namely mr green in this case).

Looks like you will just get your deposit returned.

I know it’s shit mate but just being honest. Not going to get your hopes up when it looks like a forlorn hope
