Hi all, first post here and all and it’s just to start moaning! Haha

Is it just me or does this new thing replacing the casino races seem a bit, well, shit really? I mean I’m a low roller anyway so I would hardly ever see any of the freespins it gives, but even if you paid in a lot more you might get at most like 500 spins of 10p stake of something? Maybe I’m getting it wrong and I’ve only been on the site for a year but I much preferred the casino race.

At least with the casino race I could get like £5-10 on the Monday to play with, most I can really expect now is like 20p if I’m lucky enough to get 5 spins since I only really play once a week.

What does everyone else think?

Honestly, Videoslots and their free spins tilt the fuck out of me. They often email me saying congrats you’ve ten free spins! They’re 10p a spin, and considering I’d just deposited a grand and lost on £2+ spins, I’m clearly not going to get much value out of these. It’s quite clear.

One rule for all on this really doesn’t work. Good job the weekend booster is still about or I’d seriously consider moving away from VS!

Ever since Dan left Video Slots it seems to be going backwards. You would think with all the new players they have gotten the promos would get better, but no they got worse. After what they did changing the goal post on wagering for the SnGs £500 in 7 days, and the really poor crimbo promos then the Clash of Spins, i just can not see my self depositing here anymore after the Greed of VS.

In my opinion you should never dismiss anything free. There has been times when i have build them free spins into a cash out. Although prob not to the level of you guys deposits

You have to compare what else is out there on the market. With Grosvenor I get 5% cashback on losses, comp points per wager and various other promotions throughout the month on top of these – however, the weekend booster and races have kept me at VS until now. The booster probably will still keep me there, but of course that could change the future also.

These promotions aren’t the casinos being nice, it’s them retaining players and getting new ones whilst keeping a % edge over the field. They do just enough to compete with the external market whilst retaining a solid profit margin for themselves.

Yeah just different views mate. In my eyes 5% back on losses is trash basically need to lose £100 for £5 back. I could see it if you were going to play that amount regardless b8t not something i woykd personally do ?
