I think what he means is. He is gonna build one up on 30c and then when he has enough of a balance he’ll carry on the with his 5€ journey he has already started.

Yes,

However building up on the 30 cents took an age, and once that was finished it was a result of 30 euro or so. I had to play lots of spins to even get close to one heart, lol. I hate that game lil devil.

Once you have that 5 euro collected, expectations are so high that it throws you the most shittiest symbol ever and leave you with a hard cold dick in the middle of the street.
