Given that I have had many requests from casinos to update my accounts with ID etc, I have concluded that many casinos have never kept accurate records.
Casinos that have “verified” me before are now asking for the same documents that I have already given them.
Its not surprising, since most hardened online casino goers will know the withdrawal stall tactics regarding ID, documents and payment methods.
One operator is asking me for the documents I only gave them a couple of months ago, these were at one point safely in the upload section of “my account”, this whole section has gone from the website and being asked again.
Its very much double standards, since if I fail the verification I doubt i’ll be getting all the deposits back!
