[Winningbird WANTED $574 Outlaw]

Just got my other half to sign up to unibet (with bandits link of course), and I was amazing at the range of games they have! The only downside I could see, was that instead of having a live chat support, theres a community like a forum instead. He got bored after 15 mins so I played out his funds on the account so I could have a look around the site. RTP on slots seems to be the same as everywhere else at around 96%. Great range of games as bandit said in the previous video, but didn’t  get the chance to play any novos with what balance was left. It also seems unibet has bingo ?? as well as bets which is good. I don’t  really play live casino, so didnt try that bit out. All in all, looks great 🙂

I like Unibet as a site, but their customer service is poor and they have next to nothing in regards to rewarding loyalty. No points, scarse bonuses. It’s weird.

Malky, if I knew what any of that meant, or understood it, I would reply to your thoughts on that side of the site ??

I knew it was something to do with sports, but that’s as far as it goes with me ? I remember bandit having to tell me how to place a bet on kwiff when I first joined haha! I’m useless ?

Just be carefull when if you take a bonus at the same address as someone else(no idea if you and boyfriend have the same address)…but even if using the same IP address..if you have took a bonus and win they can not pay you out as its pretty much in every casinos terms only 1 sign up aloud at the same address/ip address…i know ppl who have been stung for £1000s because of this term.

They have got live chat, i spent ages on the fucker trying to establish why my account was immediately suspended when i first joined lol, turned out i had had 4 accounts since 2013…. i don’t remember any of them 😀

Unibet wouldn’t let me sign up because I excluded a while ago with a sister site I guess, so no worries about that 🙂

Haha! I’ll have to have another look, it just takes me to community when I press contact us. Could be me being blind again though ?

You would have thought they would have pulled you up about the old accounts each time you set a new one up wouldn’t you? At least you managed to get it back open again 🙂

They defiantly have live chat, it’s a good site overall but customer service really lets them down, in fact I would describe my interactions with them as borderline shady.

 

Beat some pretty big wagering account all verified etc, they then wanted a picture of my card – fair enough. Was told the withdrawal would be processed as they had received the card. They then cancelled the withdrawal and said they needed a picture of the back of my card. Done that waited 48 hours still nothing, live chat agent said they never received any pictures of the card despite me having the chat logs he just point blank refused to acknowledge I had done as asked. Withdrawal held again, then they wanted me to provide proof the signature of the back of my card was mine and asked for some official documentation with my signature on LOL. It was at this point I told them I’d be taking the matter up with the relevant commissions or whoever dealt with stuff like this. I had provided them with a passport, drivers license 3 months bank statements, front and back of card, a phone bill, council tax and utility bill so I had enough.

 

I requested a withdrawal again and 48 hours after that it was processed out of the blue. All in all it took over a week and 9/10 live chats. I can only think it was a stalling tactic as the money was constantly back and be forth to my available balance.

It’s a great site tbf I’ve used them quite a bit and they also have poker you can play there too. My only gripe about the place is some slots minimum spin amounts are 80p on games like Fairy Queen.

Unibet have been awesome tbf. They have a live chat, the link to it pops up after you’ve gone through the FAQ’s questions and can’t find the answer you’re looking for. Difficult to find I’ll agree, but it’s there.

Ended up using Bandit’s link and depositing the full £100 through paypal, got the bonus no problems, ended up getting to £2.5k, spoke to the people at live chat what I needed to stake to finish the wagering and they said if I wanted a guarenteed cashout I could stake £300ish quid on the bingo, ended up doing that and cashing out £2200. Then get the whole “you need to verify you’re account” nonsense, I thought here we go it will be like casumo giving me the run around for 3 weeks but I submitted my drivers license and a screenshot from my phone of my bank statement, 15 minutes later, all verified, 5 minutes after that the funds were in my paypal and then instantly into my bank. Not very often all that could be done in the space of half hour!

Almost cried myself to sleep because they didn’t have magic mirror 2 or fishing frenzy megaways, my 2 favourite games, but overall I was very impressed.
