What punishment would there really be?

From a youtube video, you may get asked to take it down, or you may get your account blocked etc. This forum could be shutdown or an injunction against crypto gambling posts which would mean moderating that type of content. Maybe a fine is probably the worst thing i can see happening. Just guessing though, they will release a statement sooner or later, doesn’t seem fleshed out yet.

I honestly didn’t know Rolla had moved to Ireland. I didn’t get chance to watch some of his videos but I do like Paul and I would like to think he won’t get in trouble.

Don’t be fooled that the UKGC don’t know what is happening, they do but are currently powerless to stop it. They, MGA and other licencing bodies around the globe have pushed for evidenced regulation in Curacao and the pressure has finally told with the proposed changes which will bring in KYC, licence fees, must have a presence actually in Curacao etc. That’s IF it passes, but the genuine casinos are certainly gearing up for it at the moment.
