And, for awareness, I am not a fighter by nature but was backed into a corner by a drunk who was determined to cause aggro, gave me no option but to hit him, particularly as it became obvious my attempts to calm them down and diffuse the situation were pointless when he called me a ‘shit house’ repeatedly and then made an aggressive swing at me firstly, which missed, before I smacked him in the face and put him on his backside.
