    Hi Bandit and all followers,

I am looking possibly in the next 6 months to start up streaming slots like yourself though on a more affordable scale to myself, I’m just wondering if people can advise if it’s easy to start up and record/edit videos and and tips to help get me started.

Also i hope you are all well and staying safe during this time.

    Thanks.

Make sure you have a good bank balance because the market is now saturated.    The Bandit was in it early and built his current subscriber base up over years, and even he was suffering in the early days.

If you look at the market now it can take months to build up a decent base, and some never make it.  Paul OSC is a very personable streamer but had to drop out because of the continual losses (don’t think I ever saw him cash out) and many are grateful just to get to 1000 subscribers.

There is money in it for those who make it, Jimbo and Craig give away thousands every month, one is a chef and I’m pretty sure the other one does some sort of bog standard job.  But the competition is horrendous now and everyone is touting the same casino’s

But if you have a good personality, sense of humour, can sell yourself and absorb the early losses I’m sure it will be worth it.

My advice – do not start doing this thinking you’re going to make money. The affiliate market is beyond saturated now and you’ll find it very, very difficult to get enough sign-ups to cover even a small portion of your losses, let alone the cost of giveaways (and no one will use your links out of the goodness of their heart) and all the rest. If you’re just gambling anyway and want to make videos of the sessions for pure entertainment, go for it, but if you’re thinking of this as a financial venture, sorry it’s simply a dead end. If it was that easy we’d all be doing it.

I agree that the market is saturated but there must be money in it.  There is a guy online called spin it in, he started up a few months ago and has less than 2000 subscribers.  He plays low stakes 40 to 60p.   He used to do a video once a week but is now doing 4 or 5 a week during the lock down, surely he couldn’t afford that if he had no income from his efforts?

Watching spin it in is like watching Victor Meldrew play slots, but he has interesting concepts like slot battles,   Hideous Creature is an out and out nut job – bottom line, if you are just an ordinary guy playing slots then Argyl is right – it will be difficult, you have to have a hook

Thank you guys really appreciate it, I watch alot of them Jimbo, craig slots, Spin it in, chipmunkz and Azzi along with Bandit himself.

I would look to aim as sites that dont get used by any of them, gala spins possibly maybe things like jackpot joy etc.

As for the making money part I gamble ( responsibly) more so after listening to a few of the guys like only deposit amounts you can afford to lose etc but it’s only a thought I would have to look into youtube rules for posting videos and sort out recording equipment etc take it from there like I said I’m looking at next year gives me time to get some funds behind me.

    Appreciate the feedback thank you!!

OBS Studio is free and easy to use as a good screen/voice recorder (I think gab slots or someone uses it, recognised the logo in the toolbar when they play), there are some good, free editing software programs around as well, search on YouTube, lots give out advice on the programs they use.

Money wise, I’d say do some videos where you deposit (Say £100), playing at 10-40p (Just an example) and see how many bonuses you can get/save before the money runs out, then play all the bonuses at the end of the video to see if you’ll be up, break even or lose, that way it’s interesting and saves you money (You’ll end with a balance), some slot channels do this.

Content wise, most seem to play the same run of slots constantly, I’d say to mix it up, older games bring nostalgia, new games should be tried out of interest and info to those watching, less known slots at least be tried, like 1 or 2 per video (There are some real gems out there IMO) as well as the regular line-up.

A “100 Spins Vs.” might be good to see as well, as in do 100 spins vs. Captain Venture, no cutting/editing out the spins and have an up/down total at the end, then move on to another slot and do the same, and repeat for however many you see fit (Maybe 3-5 per video?), so say you intend to do 100, £1 spins vs. 5 slots, start off with £500 (For the required 500 spins), if it’s vs. 3 slots, start off with £300, etc…  Suggesting this as it could “simulate” what a person was thinking of doing anyway, as in “I was thinking about putting 100 spins through that slot today, I wonder how it would have gone”, also, as most slot channels seem to only show the bonuses, which is fair enough, but people don’t mind seeing the normal wins/spins either, otherwise streaming wouldn’t be popular (Could be way off the mark there though), some slots also have some interesting/non-bonus stuff going on too which we miss in some bonus only videos.

If you did the 100 Spins Vs. thing, it would also give you tons of easy content in a short amount of time as you’re simply recording the content, not wasting/cutting any, should take less than 30-60 mins to record each video and the editing should be quite minimal (And you’ll still have a balance left at the end of it too, could even be up).

You could theme the videos, like “100 Spins Vs. Netent (GAME/NAMES/HERE)” etc or “100 Spins Vs. Vampire Slots (Vampire themed games)”, then later 100 Spins Vs. The Losers (Slots you’ve lost on in previous 100 Spins Vs. videos), etc (I’ll stop about the 100 spins thing now, going on a bit, lol)…

The people on this site seem quite friendly/knowledgeable, I’m sure some will pitch in with some ideas/advice and best of luck with it mate!

Smellslikearmpit thank you very much for the info and break down makes alot of sense and probably a route I will take I like the sound of the challenges and ending with a balance saves money that way redepositing £100 or whatever I decide to do each time.

Completely agree with the same slot stuff I find a couple of people boring to watch atm cos it’s the same stuff and it’s not good watching material.

Greatly appreciate all the feedback and will certainly take into my channel should it start to get off the ground I will remember the names of you all for my first stream for a mention of the help too. Cheers all.

Please be careful if you decide to stream. I’ve seen many streamers lose their whole bank roll doing the same thing. Give it a lot of thought and make sure you have the bank roll for it. Set your limits and make sure you’re able to bring viewers in. I would try a small stream (£10) to start with and see what happens. Like a test stream if you will.

I hope all goes well with it 🙂

New people start playing slots for the first time every day, when I started, I liked to play “named” slots that I was familiar with, like Avengers, Hulk, anything named, didn’t know what book of the dead and other slots were at the time, just saying not many channels play these slots, there might be a reason they don’t play them (Copyright?), but maybe try those slots too, they can pay okay in my experience and can be fun (If they are YouTube-able).

Coral I think has those types of games, Aspers isn’t a bad casino either as they’ve just added more mainstream games (Aspers is a land based casino too, so I trust them).

Another money savvy type of video you could do is the “beat the bonus” type video, where you get a matched bonus (Like 50/100 percent) and try to survive and complete the bonus terms and withdraw the cash, best attempted probably in a casino that does regular deposit bonuses (I think 32Red is good for that, not sure though/hate that casino personally).

Just trying to give you ideas that’ll have a beginning and an end to the video (A purpose) and that’ll leave you with a balance at the end of the video.  If I see or think of any more recommendations for you, I’ll post them mate…

Just remember to not expect to make money. If you were going to play anyway then go for it, there’s no harm in it.

Good luck ? single slotting new games as they launch and get them uploaded quickly will get decent views ?

Plus the new games always seem to win until they get popular, especially the BTG, where after a month or two most of  2,000,000x wins (normally won by Nickslots) suddenly disappear
