So i was playing on a casino the other day and went to extra chilli with a fiver left of bonus money.

When i loaded in it said recovering gameplay and dropped HOT in and went for 9 (quid not much i know) however it didnt add the full amount up.

So i came out and went straight to chat but then all the win had gone? Now im in a big tug of war with casino trying to find out why ive not got this 9 quid ? anyone industry minded help me out here?

It does this if you left the game early last time, before it had chance to count up. It will replay the whole bonus in most cases, especially if you gambled. The win will have added to the previous balance when you played it last. 🙂

If you played before and exited then WB is 100% on the money.. I used to close it down when it lost on the gamble only two open it a few days to watch it happen all over again

Update guys and cheers for replies, eejit i couldnt as moved on after that and spaffed the fiver.

 

The casino have sent me an email with a transcript from their conversation with the game provider saying there were no game rounds played!?

 

Surely theres no such thing as a phantom bonus!?
