Hi, I was playing Genie Jackpot megaways on 2 pound stake, the bonus rolled in and i selected a lamp got the unlimited multiplier. the game froze at this point, I logged out logged in a few times and the game recovers to the same point and stops again. Should I just give it time or contact the casino or is it just tough luck. Thanks

Ah pissing hell, it seems to be happening a lot these days, it seems the casinos solution is to offer some free spins as a gesture of goodwill which is a pile of piss if you ask me, i would moan at them though, see what they do!

These games need to load their bonus and features into memory and if you don’t have enough space it can freeze on a mobile or if your internet speed is slow it can take a while, some bonuses need 80mb of data

Things to try:

* different browser

* different platform – eg, mobile or pc

* incognito mode

From doing a post on the blueprint games, i know that the bonus you choose will still be stored, as they keep a track of it all in the responses, if you are familiar with computers you can go into developer tools on chrome and see where the errors are
