You might have just had a good streak after your losing one in the same session. I know some casinos give loyal players cash bonuses every now and again as a loyalty reward. It could have been this without a wager. From what I can see on your chat log, you asked for a closed account rather than a self exclusion. When you tell a casino you want to close your account, they will do what they can to keep you as a customer.
