Can someone please help me out and explain if this is right please.

 

I deposited £30 and got a 100% bonus of £30 I went in to bonus funds to trigger the wagering which was nearly £2,000 though no chance going to do that but had a good few big wins and ended up £600 with £18 left wagering so done the £18 so as I finished the wagering my cash had gone!!

so rang support for them to say that it is in the t&c after wagering is complete they take a % so after I completed all the wagering I had £578 they left me £136 taking £442 of me for completing £2,000 wagering is this correct?

 

please explain if this is correct what is the absolute point in taking the bonus in the first place.

Can you screen shot the t and c that has that section in…. I mean that’s like a ridiculous amount…… but be warned there’s going to be a lot saying “ you don’t take a bonus with out reading the whole script “ ….. because you need to know the perimeters of their game…. but if it’s in writing ….. there’s not much you can do…..I’d probably reverse the withdrawal and play on, And try and build a balance that at least tasty for you to withdrawal…..either way they are getting their cash by the sound of it…but you did make a 100 on 30, but yeah……. not great..

It’s pretty clear right on the front page I’m afraid. It says winnings are capped to £100 + original bonus amount

Sadly you agreed to the ToS but I do agree these casino’s need a slap for offering these bonus balance offers they give you very little chance of winning anything with the amount you have to wager then cap you at £100 it’s an absolute joke. Yeah it’s nice not to lose your deposit and even be up a little bit but imagine you hit a jackpot score in the bonus of a couple of grand only to see it knocked down to £100 plus your deposit, you’d feel sick.
