Well 1st I was playing genie jackpot megaways other day and got the genie wilds and the game just gets stuck just starts throwing gems about but doesn’t say the win and it will just not get past that stage, can only contact support by email which I think is very poor and haven’t had any response in 24 hours. I deleted the app and reinstalled it/cleared cache and cookies and restarted my phone none of this worked

oddly enough when I go on the casino online rather than the app the game loads up but doesn’t detect any lost game. The money definitely hasn’t been paid out. For a site as big as PokerStars I though they would of had live chat or call centre I could be waiting weeks to get a response.

 

secondly I’m just wondering if anybody knows why they take money of you per spins. I noticed a few weeks ago every couple of spins 0.01 was disappearing from the balance, then yesterday my balance was at $50 and I was doing 0.50 spins the 1st 4 spins returned nothing and my balance was $47.98 and just couldn’t keep my eye of it from there. Obviously it’s not a lot of money but over thousands of spins there making quite a bit of money from people and just cannot understand why that happens and don’t really think its right to be honest

Quite strange that someone posted something very similar on tgc yesterday. There is obviously a problem with this game on poker stars.

I’ve had this problem on pokerstars years ago, on an entirely different game. I think it was a blueprint game but I can’t remember exactly. Anyway, I contacted Pokerstars and they were useless. So I took all the information I could get about my session and took it directly to the game provider. They paid me out the next day through pokerstars. I didn’t get to see the bonus, nor how much I’d actually won. I remember they did say I had won a decent amount though, so I never challenged it.
