I’ve had this problem on pokerstars years ago, on an entirely different game. I think it was a blueprint game but I can’t remember exactly. Anyway, I contacted Pokerstars and they were useless. So I took all the information I could get about my session and took it directly to the game provider. They paid me out the next day through pokerstars. I didn’t get to see the bonus, nor how much I’d actually won. I remember they did say I had won a decent amount though, so I never challenged it.
