In their help section it simply states they are only liable to refund the bet, not sure where you can go with it, someone else that has had the issue before may be of better help. But from their point of view, they are already offering more than they should. Hope you get it sorted though mate.

If I were you, i’d take the £10 good will gesture and run. It’s not the casinos fault, it will be a fault on the providers side. I remember someone who had the same problem on magic mirror, and from what I remember, that was the reason it got removed from a few sites around a month ago. It is back now though so must have been fixed.

I’ve had bonus rounds crash multiple times. Each time I’ve always waiting for the game provider to respond with the correct final amount. Sometimes a few hours, sometimes days. I was offered £10 before, won’t name the casino because I still use it, but the final amount from the provider ended up being a little over £50. Also from 20p spins.

Magic Mirror crashed for me 2 months ago during a bonus but that was due to pay 1000x I had to wait 2 weeks while Videoslots contacted the game provider and the slot was removed from VS during that time when it was put back on the bonus continued as normal. So they should be able to get the provider to fix the game and you should be able to see out your spins… Im not sure why they are saying they would have to reset the game. Either way If I was you I would try haggle some free spins with that £10 good will bonus, worth being a cheeky twat if it pays off once in a while ?.
