Only joined to do the bandit draws but put £20 on Thursday. Won £60 withdrew £20?????. Got back to £80 went to withdraw £40 to find I had a £4.55 fee so just played it away. Come back with a email requesting my driving license photo to get the £20. Sent it off only to now have account suspended until I send some unreal shit. The worst is a photo of me holding my driving license in one had and a big bit of paper with today’s date on in the other??. I live alone. We are under lockdown and I have two fucking hands. How the fuck do I take the photo of this?. This is all wrong and should be stopped. Any security checks should be done b4 first deposit not when you want your winnings. I bet it would be quicker and simpler if there had not had your money yet. Another site I will just close down because the stuff they want so I can have £20 back is a fucking piss take.

get news paper duck tape on wall then take pic with you id holding hahahahha…most of casinos charger first cashout free then you get chargerd if you ask again before date change,i wait till middinight or just chashout next day

It was the same next day. I think they are just taking the piss, let’s see what stupid stuff we can make them do for there money. All checks should be forced before you deposit any money. It takes them an hour to block your account and give you your winnings. So now its bet victor or Leo until they get stupid.

Wow. Sorry to hear this. I know it’s only £20 but it’s still the principal of the matter. Seriously hope bandit helps out with this. Don’t think he can justify being an affiliate for a company that tries withhold people’s money.

Inform LV Bet you will not be doing any of that as you have already reasonably met their requirements for proof of ID

Instead you will be contacting your bank and reporting the transaction to LV Bet as fraudulent

Just because a casino asks for it does not make it law. The laws says you can’t deny someone a withdrawal if you’ve already accepted their credentials for a deposit. Casinos pick and choose what laws to follow while you know they will 100% nail you for the merest infraction even if fully unintentional

Report them for their fraud, close your account and never play slots/casino again

You can also argue LV Bet do not have the appropriate GDPR to protect your details, as with this info they could steal your identity. If they are hacked you are screwed. No other vendor of any description not even airport security will ask you for this crap. It’s fraud and the CEOs laugh their ass off forcing customers around an impossible circle to freeze their withdrawals, all while making depositing easier than dropping your phone

Its the fact they ask for everything that can rape you of your identity. Photo of you, driving licence, photo of credit card, photo of bank statement, photo of proof of address. I thought it was just one. But know its the fucking lot.

As soon as you threaten them with the gaming ombudsmen they close your account and send your winnings. No winnings in bank yet?. Its all the stuff they ask for. Normally its one of these but no its all of these and sorry I’m not having my identity stolen.
