Surley the point is that the bank said they do not refuse deposits from sources that are not blocked and maybe they did try to refund the money but they are a blocked source.   You say payment of deposit was through a third party  maybe at first they did not realise the third party was an intermediary for the blocked casino.   Were the casino trying to pay you direct than through the third party.

I think that they are showing good face by giving you a part refund after you lost the money

Yeah, I’m happy that they gave me a 50% refund. But the problem remains – They dont have withdrawal options to Norway, but they accept payments. This has happened at several casinos now. They’re fully aware that they can’t pay out, but they’ll take your money if you deposit.
