No you want lose any winnings. The welcome bonus is play through bonus where for every 20% of real money staked will release part of your bonus money. You can withdraw anything which is in your cash balance. If you haven’t sent any verification yet i would strongly recommend that you do as without your id been approved this would add significant time and complications to your withdrawals.

Way to screw over a newbie. Did you know that there are other countries besides UK and that the terms for casinos differ greatly when comparing UK and Non-UK terms.
In videoslots, at least as far as Non-UK is concerned, even though the bonus is how it is where you don’t have bonus money at any point in your account, forfeiting the bonus STILL does reset your balance to the deposit amount.
How do I know? Because I did it, I forfeited and lost a good chunk since I couldn’t understand the terms properly.

Videoslots has possibly the best bonus terms int he industry. YOu release cash that is actual cash as you go, and you arent held into any actual deposit wagering? Love that idea.
Also it does tell you that you will forfeit the bonus if you withdraw, in a giant popup

It’s sometimes the actual country’s gaming licences & tax laws that prevent certain bonuses being allowed. ?
17th March 2019 at 3:11 am #55626Why would it reset balance back to deposit amount if you forfeit the bonus? Find that hard to believe from any site or country terms. What country are you in dist?
