You can withdraw anything which is in your cash balance. Way to screw over a newbie. Did you know that there are other countries besides UK and that the terms for casinos differ greatly when comparing UK and Non-UK terms.
In videoslots, at least as far as Non-UK is concerned, even though the bonus is how it is where you don’t have bonus money at any point in your account, forfeiting the bonus STILL does reset your balance to the deposit amount.
How do I know? Because I did it, I forfeited and lost a good chunk since I couldn’t understand the terms properly.

No i didn’t. If i did i wouldn’t of posted what i did. How can they have different terms. Surely that’s wrong.
It’s sometimes the actual country’s gaming licences & tax laws that prevent certain bonuses being allowed. ?
