For me it’s Casumo at the moment.

I used to love Videoslots, they easily have the widest range of slots, but with the whole reduced RTP thing and the poor customer service, it is just no longer appealing to me. Which is a shame because their reward selection (e.g. Weekend booster) is excellent.

Grosvenor has great customer service and the deposit match bonuses are the most competitive I’ve seen! But their range of games is more limited than the others.

Casumo for me is the best overall. They have great customer service and an excellent selection of games. Very clean, fast website. Their rewards aren’t the best, but they do regularly (at least for me) offer decent deposit match bonuses.

Playojo was always my favourite, a pretty decent selection no wagering and I’ve withdrawn thousands over the years and they’ve never had an issue always next day in my account

 

Second that I did regret permanently banning myself from casumo after an awful streak.. Rizk is alright too

When i click the “View posts since last visit” the results ore ordered by datetime.
I would find it more useful if i the results were ordered by forum then by time. This way i can focus on items from forums that interest me most.
Thoughts? Pros/Cons? Should i poll this?

What was the poor customer service bit for you mate?

 

My frustrations with them earlier spawned this thread but I’m happy for now with them after fully verifying myself. Seemed a lot of hoops as i moved address recently etc was hard to prove bills

I only saw them as an annoyance due to Stop and Step spamming them ads in for them for weeks and weeks until now!

Was months ago now, kind of a weird offer. You got the £88 freeplay then play it out until you reached £15 max which converted from free play to bonus. Then had x30 on the bonus, so they make it sound better but it’s still risk free so always worth trying

Back in the day I would agree, quite frequently gave out 100% matches nowadays seems to only be 10% everyday. Perhaps after you get some nice cash outs they put an end to those
