Hi mate had same problem 2 months ago doctors did nothing but could not move my job on feet all day was soo bad but I found the solution it took 2 weeks but it works all gone now so before bed take 2 ibuprofen and rub voltarol max strength all over your knee repeat this process in morning please it’s works just do it for a week you will feel the benefits in 3 days if you stick to it hope you see this cheers take care love the vids been watching since the beginning 👍
