Hi Pokielover… Didn’t you say that you’re in Australia? And isn’t Australia now a blocked country on videoslots? and has been since June?

If all is true, I can’t quite see how Bandit could help with this. Also, we can’t all play at casino’s and then do Chargebacks, that’s what makes the systems so garbage nowadays for genuine players.

Hi mate, is it a problem with a withdrawal that you have built up after they banned play in your country? I would say that any deposits you have managed to make in that same period will have to be refunded if they have taken that stance as they can’t have it both ways.

I’m not an expert and correct me if I am wrong someone, but I seriously cannot see any credit card company allowing chargebacks for a gambling site – everyone would be doing it after they had lost!

They would .legit cbs can be seen as fraud and 5k certainly would be ..

If you have deposited after June being based in Aus and its states so in your vs account they have to refund the money .if you have however been using a VPN to bypass it  or the account is not registered in aus yet you are using it there to bypass then they can void any winnings and deposits.

A site like ibas or similar online ombudsman for gambling may be able to help.I would first go to live chat seen as they have no apparent contact number and ask for a manager,I would then demand that it be sorted out,I would also be asking for either a ring back from them or a contact number ..

This is all a bit strange, and again, I’m not an expert, but originally the OP said he needed to set up bitcoin, then mentioned he had set up 2 separate accounts, and now we find he is playing on a banned site, through a VPN to avoid in country laws, and using an existing account which he has in addition to the 2 he has tried to set up.

I’m not a lawyer or an ombudsman but if I were I wouldn’t touch this one with the business end of a shitty stick 🙂

Or have the audacity to call Videoslots a scam ? VPN’s to access from blocked countries are against the T’s and C’s of videoslots Pokielover… If they offer anything back i’d be accepting it and running

I work in a bank dealing with credit card charge backs mainly  mastercard and visa and we will not charge back any gambling/trading transactions unless you could prove you did not receive a service. The only charge backs we can do with trading is for example you were to deposit but wasn’t able to trade, the merchant would then have to provide evidence that you did. We get  lot of these disputes with people depositing on to fake trading sites and 9/10 times we cant help. I have also never personally done a charge back for any gambling transaction, we will always sent an unable to assist letter.
