Did you use a casino bonus for a sports bet?

Not a clue. I deposited £20 and took a deposit bonus which gave me £5 bonus money. Played book of dead for a few 20p spins, got a bonus and won a small amount. So went to live blackjack as I still had a real cash balance. Built it up a bit but then noticed that as I was winning a negative balance was increasing on sportsbook. This meant my withdrawable balance was only a small amount. I hadn’t touched the £5 bonus money so don’t know what’s the problem. Have contacted live chat and they’re looking into it

Thanks Seedy. Hope it gets sorted. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this. In my eyes that £176 should be in cash balance and playable or withdrawable. They’ve been looking into it since about 9pm last night. Seems to be taking a while

Yeah weird 1, could understand if it had £0.00 sportsbook balance and perhaps funds just tied too the casino bonus. Are you able to check for wagering on the casino bonus? Once complete i would imagine it will sort itself out

There’s no wagering now as I had £46.09 cash available in the account which I withdrew as £20 then took the rest at £26.09 (both have been processed) as I was worried they would void that too if it’s gets to that. This cancelled the bonus which was still at £5 and any possible wagering as I hadn’t got down to bonus funds but the balance still displays like shown above. I’ve probably done something wrong somewhere but I’m damned if I know what! lol

Yes its pretty common that if you withdraw it forfeits any bonus funds

Strangely enough I’ve heard nothing and they are all acting like they are unaware of anything happening. I will argue it a little but can’t see me getting anything. My point is the casino cash balance of £176.35 wasn’t bonus money, it should have been withdrawable cash but the minus balance on  sportsbook that I have no idea where it had come from or why was cancelling it out. I never entered into wagering as I never touched the bonus money. I don’t know. Probably bye bye possible cash out. Hey ho

I see, then withdrawing perhaps wasn’t the best idea until you got it sorted. Will be alot harder now to try and recover those funds, slim chance now they will prob just say it was a forfeited binus when you withdrew but good luck trying to get it you never know ?
