SOMETHING VERY DODGY GOING ON…

They took their site down at the weekend with only 10 mins notice.it took 18 hours to come back up – they claimed maintenance but no casino would intentionally take their site down for 18 hours – it would lose them millions.

Since they came back,

THEY HAVE STOPPED RAKEBACK…All new deposits seem to be scammy like non crypto casinos where you have massive playthrough requirements. Multiple people on chat reporting they werent asked to accept the bonus terms on redeposit and attempts to withdraw result in messages about not meeting the bonus terms. Void the bonus and it withdraws all winning you made with the bonus – again without warning the user of the consequences. Unlike the site Bandit uses where the bonus conditions kick in only when he loses his initial deposit, im seeing many people say they never got anywhere near using their deposit, are currently in profit and cannot withdraw anything without losing everything.

Suggests they must be in some trouble and reverting to near scam status site, dangling the up-front bonuses to trap people.

On top of this many games are glitching – was playing autowheel roulette . First time i had a win and didnt notice it didnt pay me – fortunately i have the game log to show the result and have opened a ticket but. three of next four times my bet was rejected AFTER THE WHEEL STARTED spinning and i would have won…to be fair once it also rejected and i would have lost but 4 out of 5 times i would have won

Other games keep losing my account connection, balance goes to zero, reload the spins bet is taken from balance but game doesnt replay and logs dont show a win. (This is a bugbear i already complained about because on BC your bet and win are on different log entries so if you lose, or if you dont know the game result you cant see the actual game output. Other sites can show you a screenshot of the final game screen)

Loads of games now seem to rejected from certain regions ( i cant play Razorshark and few others from same provider when i use Japan on my VPN despite them working a few weeks ago)

For me this is a step too far, im suddenly very distrusting of a site which hasnt been too bas apart from the apalling CS and HOST support and will be leaving the moment i get my refund

Glad it wasnt just me getting bad vibes,site was shocking last night, nothing was playing right, every game was either not loading or crashing out after a few spins,giving you no chance to see if the deductions and winnings were correct.

Thought i had found my go to casino before this update,loved playing there but something really is going off.Just have to see what happens in the next few days.

Deposit terms changed today, bonus now tuesdays and thursdays only min £50 deposit 80% bonus, changing like the weather, really dont want to knock BC game, had a great time with them and want them to carry on but cant have any confidence in them, if you deposit now terms could change again anytime.Something must be badly wrong for them to do this very negative update.Also I think KYC and possibly SOW may be coming in generally soon, had KYC request a couple of weeks ago,sent in basic id docs, heard nothing back.Big danger is they may start the UK norm of excuses not to payout and there will be absolutely no protection for the UK players.Definately time to wait and watch,may all get sorted and be back normal or not

KYC is coming and is here, lots of the Crypto casinos are now asking for it and removing UK and other restricted country accounts because they are soon to be in the process of having to reapply for a licence under the revamped conditions. KYC is a massive part of the change and its being driven mainly by the Dutch government and other regulated areas. Good luck trying to get money out if you join any new ones now and win is all I’m saying. Was good while it lasted but looks like the clock is ticking.

I figured that SOW means source of wealth.  This is where you have to submit your bank statements but I haven’t been asked for SOW yet by a casino.  I had to look up what KYC is and Google says it’s know your customer.  What information do they ask from you in a KYC request?

Yeah defo agree bc has gone to shit I’ve been using since June making over 140 deposits and around 60 withdrawals no issues now they kyc me. I also use Rollbit and never had any issues with them so far I hope it stays like that.

they don’t ask for SOW if you use a crypto deposit or Withdraw, I got ask for proof of skrill, but I don’t use Crypto to make deposit I use Skrill

if you are a verified casino they don’t care if you use a VPN or not, I use VPN and never got a problem, last month I had problems with some games they fixed it

Craig I had exactly same issue. It’s a bug not something they introduced.. for example I send money from Kraken in Matic but can’t withdrawal back to Kraken as I get this same error (since June). I can however withdraw Matic to bybit and then send Matic from Bybit to Kraken and convert to GBP

Yet they did. Who cares what it will cost them. Chances are, not doing so would have cost them more, or everything.

Things are going to crash. I would remove everything from all of these places. Those with the money will just take a sabatical and find another get rich quick scheme.

Of course, some will be trampled and few will care.
