[Ba Bankieboy87 WANTED $13 Outlaw]

My friend was playing this game on Pokerstars casino for $0.40 spins. The genie popped out and gave him the random feature. It ended up going for around $32.00 but when it started throwing the coins and chips about when it would normally count up the win, it just freezes.

 

He’s tried all the usual stuff like restarting the game, logging in and out, restarting his phone etc. And it just replays the spin everytime then crashes at the end.

 

So the money doesn’t ever get paid and you can’t start another game either, if he clicks on another game it just opens Genie Jackpots and replays the hand again. So he can’t do a thing.

He’s tried to launch live chat and it isn’t working and he’s sent 3 emails now but not heard back.

 

anyone have any advice by any chance? ??

Has he tried a different browser or opening it on his mobile?

He’s just tried that there after I read your message. Strangely on an internet browser, it has allowed him to start up the game, but it just plays as normal now like there is no saved game or jammed bonus now, but it still hasn’t paid out the original win…

It’s because the game is saved to the version he played on. The same happened to someone on here a while ago but I’m not sure what the outcome was. It was on pokerstars from what I remember too. Try either going onto the desktop site and messaging live chat or contact via phone if they have one.

Hi mate, same thing happened to me I made a post about it a while ago. I tried contacting Pokerstars every single day with no response. Wouldn’t even bother with that to be honest I have even sent them 29 emails in the last 3 weeks regarding trying to make a withdrawal to my card I deposit from not to the ones that have expired from years ago but they just get ignored. Literally the worst customer service I have ever come across. Just look on ask gamblers or trust pilot they are all the same.

Anyway when this happened to me i just had to leave it and hope it fixed itself, after 5 days the money appeared back in the balance, I loaded up the game to check and it was all fine. A week later I got a bonus on the game and it froze yet again and I had to wait another week. Looking it up this happens on that game on Pokerstars ALOT many people have had the same problem so when you finally get the cash for it my advice don’t ever play it again on PokerStars as chances are it will happen again. So just keep checking everyday to see if it’s fixed itself

Surely Pokerstars should be looking into this kind of thing…
