The casino didn’t refuse to pay out, they didn’t claim he had breached terms and conditions they just let him play after he had personally signed up with them, having blocked himself on all other sites because he through they weren’t on gamban.

Bottom line is that he appears to have deliberately searched for a casino that would let him play, and then when they did, he claims that they shouldn’t have allowed him to so he wants his money back, if he had won would he have declined the winnings.

Surely we can all see the irony in this.

Anyway, I think we have exhausted this one and will have to amicably agree to disagree

 

Ha ha dont think u should b allowed to wriggle out of it that easy mate .the poster didnt say anything about cashing out, what i think he was trying to say was the casino made him re verify in january with prior knowledge of their joining gamstop . think it was the uncertainty of  not knowing what this casino could have done if he did have a cash out . casinos use all sorts of dirty  tricks to stop paying / delaying tactics to punters so as they end up losing . and this could have been another one . i agree with u that we should accept losses as gamblers but only if its done fairly  and squarely.

Oh and by the way in the short time ive been on this site of untrustworthy gamblers i would just like to say , altho not knowing any of them personally there is quite a few who i would gladly  put my life in their hands if i had to . Honest gamblers r not rare in this site mate . all the best bud .

Hi Bro… Yeah I’m letting it go now, I’ve had my say and as an honest gambler myself I hate the B.S. said about how dishonest people we are…. I’ve seen with my own eyes that gamblers would help out/save a life with even thinking twice or for an angle.. The live poker world is like this, and looks after the honest gambler.

I think that Dune missed the angle or scumness of what the site was doing by verification (prob done it with all there customers) instead of spending the same time/money on going through there registered players and banning the Gamstop sign ups. . A bit of confusion there by Dune.

The company obviously took the what’s best for us root here and that’s B.S. Imo and a bad business practice and should be questioned for this decision, and players who spotted there angle should ask for there loses back as obviously no winnings were getting paid, well no big wins anyway. Its not scumness doing this, it’s the fucking Law.

I’m sure dune understand’s the companys failings here.

Yep Stevie, my comment regarding gamblers was inappropriate and probably influenced by the ones I have personally met – apologies for that, I have certainly seen evidence of good behaviours in this community.

I now understand the tactics of the casino, I guess people are used to their tactics, they certainly seem to have a lot of small print if the stories I have read are anything to go by (another reason I don’t do online)

I still stand by my view that once you lose you lose and shouldn’t look for someone else to blame 🙂

Thanks brother… We’re all adults here and most take it on the chin lol, but us gamblers do love a moan ? tell our bad beats etc…?

As a pointer if you watch Craig’s slots latest Video (I just finished it) Spoilers ahead lol… He went to withdraw his £1,000 at the end, then forgot that he had not fully registered on the site, to me & others this old routine by the casinos holding your cash when they were OK with taking it in is utter B.S. And is our main hate, as this causes all kinds of angles for the casino… If you’re good for a deposit then you’re good for a withdrawal plain and simple, also the UK. GOV agrees wholeheartedly here… ??????
