Exactly the same when your at work well my work for example when there is an incident you nearly chop your finger off or potentially worse, you employer: we need to carry out a drug and alcohol test just to make sure you don’t put a claim in when it was probably our fault anyway or you have to sign your life away on lots of documentation and all it’s for is to protect the company from being liable to paying you out even though 9/10 it’s the companies fault in the first place, once again first priority is money not health and safety, which is exactly the point your making gamstop, gamcare or any other shite is just the middle man to protect the money not the person simple as that.

In Germany they did max bet 1 Euro and max deposit per player 1000 to 1400 euro..so you can spend all 1400 on roulette on one spin or play slots… they also have control of players account so they don’t open multi-account…when you open account now in Germany they will do like credit check on casino how many accounts you have..but gambling credit check is only controlled by Gambling Treaty (Germany gambling license) and only casinos will have access on it..to check for players multi-accounts

This post was originally done on purpose for a very specific reason, and didn’t need all this added to it.

Of course its a discussion that has previously been had and will be continually had so of course you are free to discuss the topic.

This thread was put up by myself not to start the discussion but at least try to point people in the way of what the governing bodies would consider professional help if they need it as I don’t think using a online forum for this is potentially going to help or solve anyone issue.

As for what my opinion is can more be done to help people sure most definitely and changes do need to be made to facilitate this.

But ultimately people also need to truly want the help available to work for it to help them. There is no shortcut to fixing any addiction issue regardless of whether it is drink, drugs or gambling.

As to how things can be improved I don’t know im not qualified to give what could be the correct answer.
