Not 100% sure but i would say no .must have played this slot and its cousin santa at least over 40 – 50.000 spins and altho wondered this myself never ever witnessed this happening .
On the farmer / santa bonus the most bonus symbols i achieved was 15 which i assume is the max.

Never played the game or done a technical inspection of the game client, so unfortunately can’t even speculate on this one. Some games have random bonuses, some are pre-determined.

According to the provider – no it cant. I believe the random feature is set to pay out a base win (the tractor) therefore unaffecting the RTP split of the base game and bonus round. As if the random feature can land the bonus it becomes less common, so they would have had more complex RTPs
