I’m asking because the other day I had two top symbols and two scatters land in a straight line on legacy of the dead,the game paid 100x not the 1000x it should have. The casino are looking into it . Where do I stand. I’ve sent them a screenshot of the spin from the game history but it doesn’t show the actual screenshot of the win.

4 x top symbol in a straight line is only

100X and 5 x Top Symbol is 500X. I think you’re getting confused that it’s 1,000X during the bonus when they expand so you have 10 lines of 100X.

1000x for 4 and 5000x for 5 . According to the paytable.  Or does it mean coin value or some shit . It does seem high pay out on top symbol , but I’ve noticed he doesn’t show up as much as book of dead .

You were paid correctly, 1000x for 4 in the bonus, 4 in a line in the base game 100x even full line in base is only 500x had them all many times in book of dead so unfortunately you won’t get the 1000x your hoping for.

It’s 1000x line bet, which if you’re running 10 lines is a 100x stake win.

I had similar thing. Took 50x win on a bonus and it paid 50p?. Complained and it had paid the line bet. Really misleading.

do online casinos make mistakes ha ha ha ha ha are you stupid, casinos never make mistakes example I played on a very reputable site I will not name them (it’s to easy to get barred these days ) I played £3.20 per spin for only 8 hours, waiting for a long-awaited bonus round. the game froze caption came up !!!! game no longer available try later, ???? 3 days later game is back but no memory of my previous session, war of emails began.

They were very apologetic but they had no record of me playing the slot  WHTF  did they have a record of were my £2000 went. Not to worry they would get in touch with the providers of the slot.  More and more emails obviously they were not going to pay me anything as I had not won otherwise my winnings would show in my account.(GOOD POINT) My point was I had loaded all the basis collected a mas of bonus points it was just a matter of time before BANG the big bonus would arrive. This is a site I love playing so you know it’s not videoslots, this site gives me regular bonuses and I win some nice amounts. More emails no compensation, in the end, I gave up. In the art of war if your opponent is way bigger than you and your totally outgunned don’t go there. If the game had not froze i may have invested another £2000 I may have not got a bonus round we will never know.

The problem with that dark hand is you could of put another £200k through it and still not got a bonus, the problem is and I’ve had this argument over and over again with one of my mates is it’s not a fruit machine and shouldn’t be treated like one, thinking it’s due a win and has to payout or bonus soon and online slots don’t work like that. Casinos record spins and wagering, Id be asking What game was recorded down as you using to cause the balance to vanish…… you have a beginning ( credit ) and an end ( no credit) so surly they can see balance was used…. fucking casinos…Although faults void games, would this Be a system recording error not a game error….

I have had graphical mistakes on some games. Wild swarm was one were I had a couple of wildlines but the very end bee that landed didn’t seem to register with the win it was paying me. I was a bit annoyed as it did spoil my swarm round. When you play a certain game for such a long time you get to know the wins and this just didn’t add up. I did record it but was a few years ago now on a old phone.

Shame its gone shit now since they updated it. 228 bees into one now and just won’t go. Im leaving it for a bit as its had too much.
