Dissappointed with videoslots

    Joined Videoslots this morning. Deposited £50 and accepted the £10 cash bonus. No sign of the 100% matched bonus. Played down to £10.24 and then told I need to deposit if I wanted to play further. Tried to use the live chat to find out what the issue is but it won’t recognise my email despite me having received an email from them when I registered. Not impressed. Anyone else had this problem?

    Did you go through the link on this site at all mate? This is what it shows if i click on it…

    Also the release of the bonus on Videoslots has always been wagering based, like it will release 10% of the bonus as you hit 10% of the wagering, what did you play your £50 on? Sounds like you played it through on something really quickly with not much wagering happening? People often see it as a bad bonus but it is essentially free money that drips in to your balance as you play – over multiple sessions if needs be, like there is no disadvantage to it being there if you get me.
