Hi all just after some advice and if anyone has experienced this before I’ve deposited with my partners PayPal account and won once I have requested a withdrawal they have asked for 3rd party use consent payment method? I’ve done this before and they never said anything they have just asked to verify my account this is the email I received.

We have identified that you had deposited with a payment method that is not in your name, this is not allowed and goes against our T&C. Your account has been limited and you are required to provide the following documents:

–       Identification Document of the 3rd party

–       Written consent to use the 3rd party payment method (attached official form)

Sounds about right, just provide the documents that they are requesting!

I’m surprised they aren’t cancelling the withdrawal entirely and refunding the original deposit – it’s been known!

thats what I’m worried about them cancelling the withdrawal as it’s £1000+

ive sent the documents they are requesting and I’ll see what they come back with.

Kassu it is reading online they seem pretty harsh

but like I say I’ve deposited the same method and withdrew same way ?‍♂️

But we all know they do anything not to pay lol

Kassu are part of genesis, so I’m sure they’ll pay out 🙂 try not to use other peoples payment methods in future though, just incase they do cancel it and return your deposit. It will be gutting 🙂

No real reason to deposit that way imo, just set up your own paypal – simple.

With the hoops they make you jump through these days you’re very lucky they didn’t just sack the whole thing off.

Hi guys just a update.
they are really dragging there feet after sending the 3rd party declaration form back 3 times and the have blocked me from playing games then blocked my account totally saying I have self excluded until 7th December 2023 saying there is a account where I have self excluded from but I have not.

BUT

Apparently the withdrawal is still pending and after speaking with live chat he states he’s 100% it will be processed within the next 24hours ?‍♂️

but will definitely not be doing anything like that again and would recommend anyone not to do it!

Recommending people not to violate AML laws. Sensible. I recommend this too!
